
Breakfast Banana Splits
Banana splits for breakfast? Why not? They are easy to make and the students loved them. Start with a whole banana sliced into quarters. Top the banana with some vanilla yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, granola, a few dark chocolate chips and of course some sprinkles. Delicious! You could use Greek yogurt also. Shelly Wuellner
