· Admission to the tournament will take place at the front entrance to the school and at the northeast entrance to the school by the softball field.
Passes
The following will be admitted free to all sessions:
· Players listed on rosters
· Cheerleaders listed on rosters
· Managers
· Statisticians
· Bus drivers
· The following and one guest or spouse:
o Superintendent
o Principal
o Assistant Principal
o Athletic director
o Coaches
o Assistant Coaches
o Cheerleaders Sponsor

Locker Rooms
Locker rooms will be assigned along upon your arrival. It is encouraged that extreme cooperation be used in order to minimize problems. Please have your teams use half of the locker room. Coaches, please monitor the locker rooms when your players are present. At the end of the game, please make locker rooms available to the returning team.
Valuables
Bunker Hill High School assumes no responsibility for your valuables.
Uniforms
The home team will be the team on the top bracket and will wear light uniforms.
The visiting team will be the team on the bottom bracket and will wear dark uniforms.
Cheerleaders
The cheerleaders should see the tournament manager for location to your dressing room and location of your cheer squad during the game. Only 10 cheerleaders will be allowed on the floor at one time.
Video
Videotaping will be done in the bleachers.
Hospitality Room
There will be a hospitality room located in the library for coaches, bus drivers, officials, administrators, and workers only.
Trophies
Trophies will be awarded after each trophy game.
Bus Parking
Buses will have designated parking areas. These will be located at the northern section of the parking lot near Bunker Hill buses.
National Anthem & Line-ups:
The National Anthem will be played before the start of the first game, and line-ups will be announced before the start of each game.
