Parents for Kids welcomes you to our new web page. We hope you look around and find our new site informative and useful. We will be updating our site once a month.
First, I would like to tell you who we are and what we stand for.
Parents for kids P.F.K. is a volunteer organization dedicated to helping the Bunker Hill School system. It is open to anyone in the community who would like to help our schools become the best learning environment possible. You do not need to have a child enrolled in the Bunker Hill School system to be part of the organization. P.F.K. collects no dues and fundraising money is never sent outside of our community.
Our next meeting November 21, 2000. Everyone is welcome to attend. Babysitters are provided at a cost of $1.00 per child. Our meetings are informal and you are encouraged to share your ideas and suggestions.
For our web debut, we are happy to feature the Wolf Ridge Halloween Parade with special thanks to Michelle Johnson our photographer.
Save your General Mills box tops!! General Mills will pay $.10 for each box top our schools collect for a maximum pay-out of $10,000.00. All money collected will go directly to help our school libraries purchase news books and resource material.
So, rip a box top and help buy a book! Collection boxes are located at each school, Pappy's Market, Meehans IGA, Citizens National Bank and Bunker Hill Public Library.
