ISAT Letter for Parents

All courses, programs, services, and positions offered by the Bunker Hill Community Unit 8 School District will be in accordance with the Federal Law and the U.S. Department of Agriculture policy.  This institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.  Questions or concerns regarding educational opportunities or complaints of discrimination may be directed to Dr. Victor Buehler, Superintendent, Bunker Hill CUD #8, 504 E. Warren Street, Bunker Hill, IL 62014 (618-585-3116).

The All Kids program offers Illinois uninsured children comprehensive healthcare that includes doctors visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, vision care, dental care and medical devices like eyeglasses and asthma inhalers. Parents pay monthly premiums for the coverage, but rates for middle-income families are significantly lower than they are on the private market. For instance, a family of four that earns between $44,000 and $66,000 a year pays a $40 monthly premium per child, and a $10 co-pay per physician visit. Fill out the application today.
